Improving Food and Nutrition Responses to HIV
AED's Food and Nutrition Technical Assistance project produced a new guide providing programming tools and promising practices that respond to the needs of people who are both food-insecure and HIV-positive to provide a more comprehensive response to the epidemic. AFRICA: Tanzanian President Kikwete Launches African Union & AED Annual African Presidential Lecture Series 
His Excellency Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete, President, United Republic of Tanzania, inaugurated the African Union & AED Annual African Presidential Lecture series by discussing topics ranging from education, technology, trade, capital, research and development, and infrastructure.

School Year Marks Start of New AED Middle-Grades Reform Work in NYC 
As children across the country head back to school, AED is heading into 10 schools in New York City to work with principals and teachers on putting new practices and policies for middle grades in place.
